A wave of new opponents awaits the regional high school spring sports teams as the program transitions into the eight-team Cape and Islands league.

The boys’ hockey team and basketball teams both ended playoff runs after strong seasons. And indoor track star Mackenzie Condon placed 10th in hurdles at the New England Championships.
