The following cases were heard in Edgartown district court.

Dec. 1

Nicole S. Cleary, 29, of Edgartown pleaded guilty to a Sept. 25 breaking and entering charge in Edgartown. Ordered to pay $132.57 in restitution, a $50 victim witness fee, and to serve 30 days, with 30 days deemed served. Pleaded guilty to three other Sept. 25 charges of larceny under $250, forgery of check, and uttering false check, placed on probation for one year.
