Reuben T. Palmer of Edgartown and Vero Beach, Fla. died on Monday, August 6 at Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. A complete obituary with service information will follow in a later newspaper edition. Arrangements are under the care of the Chapman, Cole and Gleason Funeral Home, Oak Bluffs.
