Frank Alwardt, 50, Was Known for Love of Family

Frank Alwardt, 50, originally from Martha's Vineyard, most recently residing in Bokeelia, Fla., died Nov. 30 after suffering a massive heart attack.

Mr. Alwardt will be remembered for his love of family, the Patriots fan club and many wonderful friends.

He lived every day to the fullest, never missing an opportunity to tell the people he cared about how much they meant.

He is survived by his loving wife, Beulah; his daughter and son in law, Tracy and Don Donahue, and their children (and the source of his pride), Donny and Elora; his mother and step-father, Beverly Martin Kuehnemund and Art Kuehnemund; his brother and sister in law, Richard and Joanne Alwardt; two sisters, Anita and Doreen; two stepsons, Clay and George, and last but not least his "babies," Gator and Crockett.
