Irene H. Pacheco of Oak Bluffs died Sunday, Oct. 23, in Boston. Her funeral Mass will be held today, Oct. 28, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church on Massasoit avenue in Oak Bluffs. Visiting hours in the Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home in Oak Bluffs were held Thursday, Oct. 27.
