Kofi A. Cash, a 1996 graduate of the Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School, has earned a DSc in healthcare leadership from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. 

At MVRHS, Dr. Cash played varsity sports including football, basketball and baseball. After graduating he earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the Commonwealth Honors College at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, a master’s degree in health policy and the evaluative clinical sciences from Dartmouth Medical School and a certificate in healthcare leadership from Cornell University. He is also board certified in healthcare management as a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

He is the eldest son of Dr. Kriner Cash and the late Lisa Cash, longtime residents of Oak Bluffs.

Dr. Cash and his wife will relocate to the Boston area in March 2024 and he will continue his career as a healthcare executive and hospital operator.
