Andreia Paula Ferriera Mendes and Thiago Emiliano Moreira, of Vineyard Haven, announce the birth of a daughter, Isabelly Mendes Moreira, born on April 25 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Isabelly weighed 7 pounds ounces at birth.
