Pianist Paul Thurlow and his world jazz band will perform a free concert at the Katharine Cornell Theatre on Friday, July 21. The show is entitled Something Different? and features Mr. Thurlow’s piano compositions backed by dual percussionists, keyboard bass and at times, violin.

The band consists of Anthony Esposito, Alejandro Carreno and Nancy Jephcote Mr. Thurlow’s credentials include four albums of his own compositions and two albums with the Ululators. He plays guitair, electric bass, drums and plays with a number of Island bands, but piano is where he truly shines.

The show starts at 7 p.m., donations only.
