This weekend the Gay Head Gallery is hosting an open house from noon to 5 p.m., Friday through Sunday. There will be a question and answer session with artist Enos Ray at 3 p.m. on Saturday.

The gallery is home to numerous artists including Jeanne Staples, Wendy Weldon and Lowely Finnerty. Sales of much of the work go to help environmental causes and to the relocation efforts for the Gay Head Lighthouse.

Several new works will also be featured, including abstract paintings by Marie-Louise Rouff and Jennifer Christy, copper-plate etchings of lobsters, birds, fish and other marine species by Matthew Smith, land and marine-scapes by Marston Clough, landscapes and folk art by Doug Kent, and new larger works by John Nickerson Athearn.

The gallery is located at 32 State Road in Aquinnah. For more information, call 508-645-2776.
