Cristiane Gusmao and Nilton T. Gusmao of Edgartown announce the birth of a daughter, Julia Valentina Oliveira Gusmao, born on Sept. 17 at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Julia weighed 7 pounds, 7.2 ounces at birth.
