Harrison G. Meacham, 19, of Oak Bluffs, was arraigned for March 16 Oak Bluffs charges of keeping a noisy or disorderly house and selling or delivering liquor to a person under 21, with the charges stemming from a large house party. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for May 25.

March 23

Reece T. Strelecki-Boyd, 20, of Edgartown, was arraigned for March 23 Oak Bluffs charges of possessing a class B drug (cocaine) and conspiracy to violate drug law. A May 4 pretrial conference was scheduled.

Jeffrey A. Entner, 57, of Vineyard Haven, admitted to sufficient facts for a March 11 charge of drunken driving in West Tisbury, continued without a finding for one year. Ordered to pay $350 in fees and a $65 monthly probation services fee, complete a driver alcohol education program and lose license for 45 days. Found not responsible for a marked lanes violation.

Angela Rue-Vanallen, 47, of Milton, was arraigned for Dec. 28 Oak Bluffs charges of abandoning a motor vehicle and having an unregistered motor vehicle. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for June 29.

March 26

Brandie M. Lewis, 36, of West Tisbury, was arraigned on March 24 charges of drunken driving, second offense; operating a motor vehicle with license suspended; negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle in Oak Bluffs. Bail was set at $500, and a pretrial hearing is scheduled for April 27.

Richard C. Morris, 33, of Burlington, Vt., was arraigned for charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on March 23 in Oak Bluffs. Bail was set at $500, and a pretrial hearing scheduled for April 13.
