Bring your friends. That’s the message from Edgartown selectmen to voters on Tuesday night as they try again to hold a special town meeting at 7 p.m. in the Old Whaling Church. Originally set for last Tuesday, the meeting fell 20 voters shy of a quorum and was rescheduled to tonight. The 15-article warrant includes a request for money to commission an appraisal of the Capt. Warren House, and a request to convert the old silos at Katama Farm into cell towers. The quorum requirement in Edgartown is 159 voters. (So bring your friends.)
