Evelyn Arrives

Angie Francis and James Moffatt of Oak Bluffs announce the birth of a daughter, Evelyn James Moffatt, born on Nov. 20, 2010, at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital. Evelyn weighed 8 pounds at birth.
