The Island Housing Trust has begun the application and selection process for the seven houses at 250 State Road in West Tisbury. Prospective homebuyers are required to attend a training session scheduled for Jan. 26 at 5:30 p.m. at the Howes House in West Tisbury.

Applications are available at the Dukes County Regional Housing Authority at 346 State Road in Vineyard Haven (behind Craig’s Bicycles, or online at ihtmv.org/application.shtml.

The sale price and maximum allowable income for each home are:

House 1 is $295,000 for a thee-bedroom (maximum income $78,500 to $98,200).

House 2 is $270,000 for a two-bedroom ($68,800 to $88,300).

House 3 is $255,000 for a three-bedroom ($65,400 to $81,800).

House 4 is $225,000 for a two-bedroom ($57,300 to $73,600).

House 5 is a Habitat for Humanity home and not part of this process.

House 6 is $175,000 for a two-bedroom ($45,840 to $58,880).

House 7 is $225,000 for a two-bedroom ($57,300 to $73,600).

House 8 is $255,000 for a three-bedroom ($65,400 to $81,800).
