The African American Heritage Trail of Martha's Vineyard honors Quinton Bannister, the first African American teacher at the Regional High School, for his 32 years service as a history teacher at the school, with a plaque to be unveiled in the main entrance of the school at 2:15 p.m. All are welcome to attend.
