The 11 a.m. M/V Katama freight boat from Oak Bluffs and its 12:15 p.m. return trip to Woods Hole will be diverted to Oak Bluffs, the Steamship Authority has announced. For the latest travel updates, visit steamshipauthority.com.

The brick lighthouse dates to 1856 and today sits perilously near the edge of a rapidly eroding cliff at the Island’s westernmost edge. It is slated to be moved sometime in the next two years.
